Both directors of the company came to Canada as Immigrants at one point of time in life. “We were where you are today,” and we very well understand how you knit your dreams of coming to Canada and settling here.
A few years ago, on a Snowy winter morning, I landed at the Toronto Pearson Airport with my wife and two little kids, with no place to go, no job in hand and a new land……… I know how tough it is to settle and sail your way through the initial settlement in this country. What I experienced is what you will benefit from, and we at SWIC assist our clients in the best possible manner to adjust through the initial tough days.
Since we came to Canada as Immigrants, we understand your questions, queries and doubts and work closely with our clients. We have more than a decade of experience working in Canadian Immigration, and we are very well experienced in handling from the simplest to the most complicated Applications.
Both directors have done formal training and have completed the course in Canadian Immigration Consultant from Humber College with Honors which has given us more in-depth knowledge of the subject. Additionally, we have licensed Consultants from ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council), which makes us qualified & answerable, and it makes you confident that your application is in safe hands.

Supreet Gill (Sophie)
“You are in the right profession when your work is your passion, and you love what you do.” She is one of the Directors of SWIC Immigration, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a graduate from Humber College in the Canadian Immigration Consultant Program (Honors). She is a member of College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants).
She started her career with her first job in Immigration Company in 2002, and since then, there was no looking back. With her experience over the years in varied roles in Canadian Immigration, she has gained hands-on knowledge and experience in handling all types of Immigration matters and Applications.

Sourabh Kohli
Sourabh is Director of SWIC Immigration, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), a member of College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and a graduate from Humber College in Canadian Immigration Consultant Program (Honors). As per Sourabh, “If plan A didn’t work, there are 25 more Alphabets”. He believes in hard work and works continuously towards his goal.
He is a strong-minded person who brings with him years of experience in the Hospitality sector and more than five years of experience in Canadian Immigration. Though these two sound different professions, however, Sourabh has worked hard to bridge the gap between the labour shortages in the Canadian hospitality sector and the International workforce.

Shubhpreet Kaur
General Manager & RCIC
Shubhpreet Kaur is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has over six years of experience in immigration. Before moving to Canada, she spent nine years as an Assistant Professor in Business Administration. As an immigrant herself, Shubhpreet understands the unique challenges newcomers face and is passionate about helping individuals and families build new lives abroad with empathy and expertise. She looks forward to making the dreams of many families come true through their regular quest.
Tarn Mahil
Marketing Manager
Tarn is Born and raised in Canada as a First generation Canadian. She Graduated with a Bachelors in administration & Professional Communications from Ryerson University in 2016. Carrying years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality field. She understands the challenges newcomers face when they relocate to Canada and provides guidance and knowledge from her past experiences. For the past 3 years she has a successfully helped hundreds of newcomers settle and become integrated into the communities and embark on their new lives in Canada.
Yolanda Delafranier
Team Member
Born and raised in Nova Scotia, just outside Dartmouth, this first-generation Canadian combines her Polish heritage with East Coast determination. She builds meaningful connections with newcomers , fostering opportunities that benefit both individuals and communities.
With a natural ability to understand people and an unwavering drive to help, her career has spanned diverse roles, including support worker, vocational rehabilitation specialist, career advisor, promotions professional, and director of a small aesthetics school. Known for her empathy, curiosity, and solution-driven mindset, she approaches every challenge with warmth and insight.
Prosper Turisanze
Marketing Manager (Francophone)
Prosper comes from Burundi, a country located in East Africa. He comes from a country where Kirundi and French are the two primary languages followed by English. He did his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and has extensive experience of working in various roles in the financial sector. He Immigrated to Canada himself under the Express Entry Francophone priority Program and understands the program very well. He has hands-on experience in various francophone programs and he uses his own life experiences to assist the candidates from various French speaking countries.
He speaks 5 languages: French, English, Kirundi, Swahili and basic Spanish.
Aria Miguelle Alom

Aria came to Canada as an International Student from the Philippines in January 2020. Being away from her family, she has been careful with every step she takes and every decision she makes. Meticulous about her legal paperwork for Permanent Residency, Aria thoroughly researched immigration experts and discovered SWIC, which successfully helped her obtain Permanent Residency.
She believes in the importance of early planning and finding the right people who genuinely want to help you achieve your goals. Aria, once a client of SWIC herself, is now dedicated to helping others navigate their journeys. Now, her goal is to give back by guiding fellow immigrants along the right path and helping them make informed decisions.

Priya has successfully guided hundreds of immigrants through their application processes, bringing positive results to countless families. Having faced similar struggles, herself, she is deeply committed to helping others navigate the complexities of immigration with empathy and understanding.

Aneri Rathod, a passionate and dedicated professional in the field of immigration. Originally from Gujarat, India, Aneri has recently made the exciting move to Canada. With a Master’s degree in Commerce and a solid background in immigration services in India, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.

Manpreet has completed her Master's in Business administration and have 14+years of experience in administration. She started her career with an immigration company in 2008 and have more than five years of experience in immigration. She is very passionate about her work and she knows how to get the job done. She is an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything she does.
