Provincial Nomination Programs

Most provinces and territories in Canada can nominate immigrants through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Since Jan 1st, 2015 every Province now participates in the Express Entry Program and selects suitable candidates from the Express Entry pool.

Each province has its requirements, to select Applicants from the Express Entry pool. Some provinces select Applicants from the pool as per their requirements, however, some other provinces encourage Applicants to apply separately to the Provincial Department. To further check the individual provincial requirements, please contact our office.

In addition to the Express Entry, each province and territory has its own (immigration programs that target certain groups) and criteria for their PNP. This may include international students, business people, Foreign Workers within Canada and skilled workers or semi-skilled workers. The Province of Quebec is not a part of Express Entry and runs its own independent Provincial Nominee Program.
